Where a project proponent is required by their Conditions of Accreditation under the LUAC Rule, they must provide to the Scheme Administrator an annual written report by the required date.
To assist project proponents in preparing their annual written report, the Scheme Administrator has developed this Annual Report Statement. Project proponents are to submit their annual written report on this form.
