This document details the nature and scope of the services that are commonly required to be provided by the nominated auditor in undertaking an audit of NGAC creation for abatement certificate providers (ACPs) accredited to carry out Default Abatement Factor (DAF) Installation projects under the Greenhouse Gas Benchmark Rule (Demand Side Abatement) No. 3 of 2003. Project proponents and Audit Panel Members should contact IPART prior to commissioning the audit.
