The Minimum Requirements for DAF Installation Projects have been developed to promote consistency across projects claiming an Installation Discount Factor (IDF) of 1.0. Applicants under the DSA Rule intending to claim an IDF of 1.0 must show as part of their application how their project will meet the Minimum Requirements. The Minimum Requirements should be read in conjunction with the Guide to Applying – DSA Rule.
