Application Form - DSA

 
This form is for the use of person(s) wishing to become accredited to produce NSW Greenhouse Abatement Certificates (NGACs) under Greenhouse Gas Benchmark Rule (Demand Side Abatement) No. 3 of 2003 (the DSA Rule). In addition to the Application Form, project proponents must complete and submit one of the following attachments (corresponding to their calculation methodology).

  • Attachment A – Project Impact Assessment Method
  • Attachment B – Metered Baseline Method – Baseline per unit of output
  • Attachment C – Metered Baseline Method – Baseline unaffected by output
  • Attachment D – Metered Baseline Method – Normalised Baselines
  • Attachment E – Validation Protocol Rating Data Form
  • Attachment F – Default Abatement Factors Method
  • Attachment G – Generation Emissions Method

The Guide to Applying – DSA Rule must be used in completing this application form.
