This guide has been developed to assist persons applying to the Scheme Administrator for accreditation as an abatement certificate provider under the Greenhouse Gas Benchmark Rule (Demand Side Abatement) No.3 of 2003.
The guide provides directions and worked examples to assist applicants in filling out the Application Form – DSA Rule and the respective Attachment required for the calculation methodology. The guide also d etails the documents that must be submitted in support of an application and explains the accreditation process. Prospective applicants must refer to this guide in completing the Application Form – DSA Rule.
Prospective applicants intending to use the Default Abatement Factors (DAF) Methodology should also download the Minimum Requirements for DAF Installation Projects.
