This guide has been developed to assist people applying to the Scheme Administrator for accreditation as an abatement certificate provider for abatement projects which have not yet been implemented or have not yet commenced operation (ie future projects). This guide should be used by applicants seeking accreditation under the following GGAS Rules:
- NSW Greenhouse Gas Benchmark Rule (Generation) No.2 of 2003 (the Generation Rule)
- NSW Greenhouse Gas Benchmark Rule (Demand Side Abatement) No.3 of 2003 (the DSA Rule)
