This document is a generic template for use by auditors. Section 8 of the audit guideline requires that a schedule of audit procedures and findings be submitted as an attachment to the audit report and must include the following information:
- Specification of the items in the scope
- Description of the requirements to be met by the applicant
- Description of the audit procedures carried out on each item of the audit scope
- Description of findings related to each item of the audit scope, and
- The conclusion as reported in the final report.
