This form binds your organisation to claim any benefit under another mandatory scheme (whether of NSW or another jurisdiction) intended to promote the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (other scheme ) in respect of the same output or greenhouse gas abatement. This form is designed to prevent ‘double dipping’ by project proponents.
This form must be signed by a person with the legal authority to sign on behalf of the project proponent.
