The Greenhouse Gas Benchmark Rule (Demand Side Abatement) No. 3 of 2003, the DSA Rule sets out:
- Types of eligible activities
- Types of ineligible activities
- Eligible applicants
- Detailed calculation methodologies.
Plain English guidance is provided in the Guide to Applying – DSA Rule. However, this guide is not a substitute for the DSA Rule and project proponents are advised to familiarise themselves with the DSA Rule.
