Greenhouse Gas Benchmark Rule (Demand Side Abatement) No. 3 of 2003 (25 August 2006)

 
The Greenhouse Gas Benchmark Rule (Demand Side Abatement) No. 3 of 2003, the DSA Rule sets out:

  • Types of eligible activities
  • Types of ineligible activities
  • Eligible applicants
  • Detailed calculation methodologies.

Plain English guidance is provided in the Guide to Applying – DSA Rule. However, this guide is not a substitute for the DSA Rule and project proponents are advised to familiarise themselves with the DSA Rule.

The DSA Rule was most recently revised on 25 August 2006. Provided below is the current DSA Rule, an extract from the NSW Government Gazette and the previous DSA Rule for information.
