Accreditation Documents and Conditions - Carbon Sequestration
This set of documents specifies the standard Conditions of Accreditation that are imposed on an abatement certificate provider under the Carbon Sequestration Rule. There is:
the accreditation notice – includes a schedule and a series of special accreditation conditions which are specific to the particular abatement certificate provider
the general accreditation conditions
the restriction on use – a legal document that must be registered on the title of each parcel of land included in the sequestration pool.
